We have changed our remote management & monitoring platform from LogicNow to Datto. The Datto platform offers tighter integration between their monitoring / management module and the ticket / timeĀ module. This means that tickets are automatically created based on pre-set alert thresholds and these tickets can be routed to the correct resourced based on pre-defined criteria. Datto also gives us a more comprehensive set of tools like customer portal and reporting that enables us to better to serve our customers.
