Our Solution

There are four key strands to our solution.

  1. We appointed a dedicated expert. We appointed a Customer Solutions Manager with over 15 years’ experience in Exchange, Windows Servers and Security to take ownership of the site.
  2. More Proactive Based on our findings from the initial assessment, we upgraded the email system and firewall and removed any single points of failure within their business critical systems.
  3. Bespoke security service We tailored a security service that provided expertise, monitoring & patch management services giving the IT manager & business owners peace of mind.
  4. Documentation & training We documented the site and trained our service desk team so that they could provide cover and support to the IT manager when required.
